Poor diagnosis resulting in multiple expensive trip charges. Walcott Mechanical serviced our Wine Closet 3 times over the last 9 months. I had the 4th service call scheduled today for the same problem as two of the other visits. No cooling because the compressor relay burned up. When they arrived, I complained about expensive repeat trips for the same issue. After speaking to his Walcott supervisor, the technician told me to find another service provider and left. Terrible service. We went through two service technicians, both were rude, one technician replaced a control panel we never asked for then refused to service the issue they were sent for; the last service technician was so rude he was asked to leave and a complaint was filed with company; crickets from Walcotts about the complaint. We received services from Restaurant Repair Company, they were fast, Courteous and provided superior service compared to Walcotts.
