I got a 500mm solar blanket and roller from them. The quality seems great. The customer service was very responsive. They only take payment when they send the courier out and it was delivered to my door within a few hours - which I was impressed by. The product is easy to assemble - but I found the instructions very confusing. It would have saved me so much time if they create a simple youtube assembly video. Great company to deal with. Staff are friendly and efficient. Steve doesn't muck around, just gets in and does his thing. Fantastic product and you will save heaps on electricity when installed. This is our second cover, first one lasted over 12 years and they save all your information for future orders. Great product, great people, great company.
Extremely rude. Rang three times try to organize a quote. When complained to the lady answered the call, got told DONT WORRY ABOUT IT AND HUNG UP. Very Shocked to be treated like this.
Great company to deal with. Our original Walco pool winter cover needed replacing after 14 years. With one phone call they were able to find our original order details and manufacture a new cover for us. Thank you. Fantastic service.
