The people ant Walco are great. I’ve been dealing with them for ages. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they remember you and your pool, and are cheerful, courteous and helpful on the phone. Today they could have sold me a new pool cover pump - but they took my old one out the back on the spot, tried the simplest, cheapest fix first, tested it and sent me on my way in 20 mins having spent $35 - not $320. Old fashioned, honest service. Highly recommended.

I got a 500mm solar blanket and roller from them. The quality seems great. The customer service was very responsive. They only take payment when they send the courier out and it was delivered to my door within a few hours - which I was impressed by. The product is easy to assemble - but I found the instructions very confusing. It would have saved me so much time if they create a simple youtube assembly video.
