I told them the brand and front load model of washing machine that had torn the door seal. They sent a repair man and charged a service call to tell me that they don’t repair front load washing machines with torn seals because they are misshapen. Worst $125 I have spent.

Do not buy your appliances from here!! The 10 year warranty they talk about is a joke! Our $750 dishwasher broke after 2 years of use. Larry told us this dishwasher was garbage and they shouldn’t have been selling them in the first place. The options they gave us were $250 to fix the dishwasher or we could buy a new one. I called them back to let them know we would NOT be buying another dishwasher through them and Larry hung up on me. Not good customer service. High recommend you go elsewhere to purchase new appliances.
After a weekend of troubleshooting, we arrived at Walch's fairly sure that our dishwasher was in need of costly repairs. We barely finished explained the symptoms before Larry knew immediately what the problem was. Better yet, he knew that we could fix it on our own, and we did exactly that. He was friendly, helpful, and to the point. I am so glad we stopped by before we called for a repair visit! We will definitely be back the next time we need an appliance or (gasp!) repairs.
