Arrogant and very unprofessional I ordered more than a dozen custom doors which all arrived with the swings reversed. I reviewed the architectural drawings with the door "specialist" who I relied upon to spec the doors properly. I am not sure if he is dyslexic or just unqualified, but they flatly refused to acknowledge their mistake, and the owner would never return my phone calls.
