Jenny is the absolute worst business partner/owner. She doesn’t take her coworkers personal lives or business into account when she stopped paying for her suite to move locations without even telling her partners.

No one was at my appointment time. Been coming here since the name change and each appointment gets worse! I have to find a new wax person now. Jenny needs more staff to help maintain these issues!

I have been coming here off and on for a couple of years. However, my experiences have been mixed. What bothers me most is the total disregard for my time. I had a noon appointment today. I arrived 5 minutes early. At noon,, no one was there. I called and left a message. Three minutes later Jenny texts that she is running 15 minutes late.. This is the 3rd time I had an appointment here and the wax person was 15 minutes or more late. I waited over 30 minutes for Jenny (the owner) the first time and stayed for the appt.
