Extremely disappointed with the service from Walkat Lifttruck. I clearly instructed them not to proceed with any repairs to my forklift without first getting my approval. Despite this, they went ahead and did the work without contacting me. This is an older machine that I had no intention of investing in, and I made that very clear from the start. Knowledgable staff and friendly
Far too expensive. We have stopped using Wal-Kat. Try Mason lift or Valley Lift.
We are a small family business in Penticton and after a bad experience a few years ago we thought we would give local business a chance again. Bad idea we took a 8" hydraulic cylinder to Wally and he would not provide a estimate. Well I've got 20+ years experience and have had many cylinders repaired and repaired many myself. The bill that was presented was at least double.
