Having an appointment means nothing . Appointment at 9 called to the back at 10:40. Their printer doesn’t work so it becomes my issue to print out my paystubs. Getting wic should not be this hard .
I went for a birth certificate for my son. The ladies at the desk are always so sweet and helpful. They helped me with paperwork and fees. I was pretty much in and out. I had to come back the next day as it takes 24 hours and the ladies remembered me and greeted me with warm smiles. That made my day!
