If I could give 0 stars I would , start off saying I been waiting nearly 2 hours to be seen. Very unprofessional and rude behavior from the staff. I was in a car accident yesterday and come to get some X-rays and ended up not being seen cause I’m not waiting all evening to be seen later on. Nurse who saw me first was extremely rude and front desk was very rude. I had done ultrasound last Friday having a-lot of pain no result yet. When i called today after one week i said i have a lot of pain i need the radiologist to help me or read my ultrasound they said you can come see provider or go to Er. If i go to see a provider they still need ultrasound. I will never do any service with wakemed again. I’m very disappointed ☹️
My experience at this facility was absolutely excellent. I was seen almost immediately and the procedure itself was wonderful. The technicians were very patient,understanding and very professional. They were very thorough in my examination and I felt that I was in good hands.
Great staff. Very helpful. I was there for my child and we had some of the most kind, compassionate and helpful people. They made my son feel comfortable in a tough time. The waiting room can be a little wild tho
I have always had great service here. The doctors, nurses and staff have always been helpful and concerning.
