Super nice staff
My toddler had a high fever and high heart rate so urgent care recommended we go to the ER. We live in Wilson and have not had a good experience at the ER and were worried we would wait all night without getting care when we needed there so I drove him to this ER on the recommendation of some friends and since his vitals became more stable. So so happy with that decision! They saw him right away, took incredibly good care of him, and everyone was so kind and professional. One of the better ER experiences we’ve had.
Fast, Friendly, helpful, convenient, affordable, modern, highly tech, efficient, caring, knowledgeable, professional, clean, and safe.
This has really been a terrible experience for me. I am in pain and been here almost 2 hours have not been seen. I will never come here again. It's not worth the travel. Lord I wish I can go somewhere to get some help. Please!!
