From check-in to discharge, everyone was incredibly friendly and polite. The doctor was informative and took the time to answer all my questions. My nurse and the X-ray techs were the best! Everything was very clean, and even though I was in extreme pain, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of me!
Super nice staff
My toddler had a high fever and high heart rate so urgent care recommended we go to the ER. We live in Wilson and have not had a good experience at the ER and were worried we would wait all night without getting care when we needed there so I drove him to this ER on the recommendation of some friends and since his vitals became more stable. So so happy with that decision! They saw him right away, took incredibly good care of him, and everyone was so kind and professional. One of the better ER experiences we’ve had.
