I arrived 20 minutes early for my 8:20 appointment, I wasn’t taken back until 9am, the receptionist let everyone in the waiting room that the doctors were late, I find this unacceptable, we as patients are required to be on time, I set an early appointment because doctors tend to over book and dont like to be late, however, I was still late, I have other things to do, the office should be respectful of my time, I feel if the doctor is late the office should refund our copayment, we are told as patients to be on time, this sh... read more
First time appt at this practice and so glad to be established with them. Very impressed! Very thorough asking questions regarding the issues I was having. Explains plan of treatment and rationale for the treatment. Takes time to listen and answers any questions and/or concerns. Very caring and concerned in regards to her patients’ healthcare! I would highly recommend!
Very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of medical assistance.
