I had an excellent experience at this primary care office. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and ensure I understood my care plan. The office was clean, organized, and efficient, with very little wait time. It's clear that patient care is their top priority. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality healthcare.
Good doctors. Efficient and comfortable atmosphere
As someone who only ever leaves positive reviews, I feel called to share about my horrible experience here. The checkout staff were incredibly rude, the person doing my bloodwork refused to use a butterfly needle despite my hematologist telling me that’s what I need and me requesting it, and my experience with the physician, Joshua Lancaster, is one for the record books. Hopefully I caught him on a bad day but my experience with Dr. Joshua Lancaster was medically negligent and emotionally harmful. I’ve never felt so dismissed and so small in my life. Based on my symptoms and recent abnormal labs, I asked for a specific test that he rolled his eyes and said would be “low yield.” Then when it came back off the charts abnormal, he didn’t even comment on it and said everything looks good in his results message to me.
