I was very worried about my first visit here as I needed to establish care with new PCP. These appts are scary as you never know if you'll find a good match. Especially after the reviews. But since i like to see for myself, I kept the appt. I have to say that my first impression was a good one. Great new location , after ER visit, follow up with my primary Dr. suliman was not good . Very short visit , I wish they gave little more time . I left the office very confused. Unanswered question and more blood work and see you on next visit! Not happy with a visit.
I recently had an appointment at WakeMed Primary Care in Wake Forest. Because this office is a convenient bicycle ride from home, I called the day before my appointment and asked if they had a bicycle rack to secure my bicycle. The person that I spoke to, Brenda said she would check and call me back. Within a few minutes, Brenda called back with the good news that Yes , they do have a Bicycle rack. I have never felt so at home.. Every one was kind and attentive. Patricia at check in is such a joy to talk to. She explained things to me none else had. I saw Elsa as a new patient. Her personality is awsome. She explained everything to me so I could understand it. She listened to what I had to say or ask and answered all questions. Definitely glad I decided to make this office my primary care. Definitely Recommend
