My son was having a severe allergic reaction and called this office because it was where he received routine primary care. He spoke with two different people on the phone to confirm. When he arrived for his 11:00 appointment, he was told that he couldn't be seen. There was no medical triage. He had joint swelling that made it difficult to walk in. This practice needs to have better policies than letting front office schedulers perform high level triage. It was unkind and dangerous for someone as sick as my son.

I had very positive experience during my visit. There was no wait time. Dr Vidushi Mehrotra spent a good amount of time with me. She was very thorough and attentive.The nursing and office staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Everyone made the visit smooth and comfortable. Thank you for such excellent care!

I waited for 3 months for the appointment and on the day of the appointment they told me they do not accept the insurance plan I have. I clearly told them the Insurance I had while taking the appointment. This is frustrating.

Last year I was forced to find a new primary care physician/ practice after my office of many years closed. Finding someone in the area was key, so I googled primary care in Holly Springs. Fortunately I found Wake Med Primary Care and Stephanie Helfrich. From the very first visit I felt seen and heard, starting at the front desk, through the nurses checks and questions, the visit with Stephanie and ending up with the blood draw.
