This is a ZERO star review, but, it wont let you leave a review if you dont at least pick 1 star and here is my review: Not everyone gets the same treatment at Garner's WakeMed Primary Care. My parents are patients at this office. And they were discouraged from making an appointment to be seen by any of the doctors on staff. My 70 yr old mom called to make an appt, she had fever & cough. She called Wed 8/17, they gave her an appt for 12 DAYS LATER, 12 DAYS!!! She called again next day, Thursday, 8/18, feeling worse, at whic... read more
This is a ZERO star review. My 70 yr old mom called to make an appt, she had fever & cough. She called Wed, they gave her an appt for 12 DAYS LATER, 12 DAYS!!! She called again next day, Thurs, feeling worse, at which time receptionist told her she needs to call the next day to spoke with triage nurse who will decide if they can give her an appt.
