I had a great experience here and would highly recommend them to anyone! I had a primary care first appointment with Dr. Crosio and it went really well. He listens very carefully, examines thoroughly and is professional. I had a blood test as well and felt nothing from the blood draw. People at the reception and the nurses were also all very attentive and friendly. Glad to have found a primary care location! Thanks you!
My husband and I have been coming here for over a year, and every visit has been a pleasure. Dr. Crosio and Dr. Rayala are both exceptional — kind, attentive, and thorough. The reception staff and nurses are always polite and friendly, making the whole experience feel welcoming and smooth from start to finish.
Highly recommend WakeMed Downtown! I had a new patient appointment with Heather and she was incredibly kind, patient, and eager to help develop a plan for me and my concerns. I could tell she genuinely cared and was taking my concerns seriously which was reassuring. The front desk staff I interacted with, Steve & Seth, were very friendly and checked me in/out in no time and made me feel welcome. I have been coming to this location for over a year now. Dr Rayala has been my primary care from day one and he has always been there for me everytime I’ve come in. He takes the time to listen and he makes you feel heard. He truly cares about his patients I can feel that for sure. Good doctors like him are hard to come by these days and I am so glad that he is my doctor!
