My girlfriend came to get checked out and found herself waiting 4 hours just to get an X-ray. She heard laughter and playing come from the workers in the hallway. She then decided she would rather go the urgent care around the corner and a worker insisted she couldn’t leave. She did leave. She went to the urgent care and was in and out In 2 hours. No excuses !!!
Dr. Roberto Rupcich is truly an exceptional physician. He makes me feel completely comfortable and genuinely cared for at every visit. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond even calling insurance companies on my behalf to ensure my medication is approved shows how deeply he values his patients. I used to love my doctor here. Unfortunately, my last experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not return. I went for my annual physical, which is covered 100% by insurance. At the end of my appointment, I mentioned that I had been experiencing some anxiety postpartum, and simply asked for a referral to therapy. We chatted about it for maybe 2 minutes. Ashley Welch PA is so compassionate, gentle and caring. I’m new to the area and just so happened to meet Ashley during a hospital follow up visit. Her bedside manner is exceptional and you can tell she genuinely cares for her patients. She is also an excellent patient advocate, I will be sticking with Ashley as long as I can.
