The Apex location for WakeMed Primary Care is fantastic! All of the staff was extremely helpful and had great attitudes. Dr. Narasimha has been great in responding to all of my questions and providing excellent guidance and recommendations for improving my health.
I had a deeply troubling experience with Dr. Lindsay Rose at WakeMed Primary Care in Apex. Without any discussion, evaluation, or testing, she questioned a well-established, long-standing diagnosis from my medical record — and added a completely new one that I have never been diagnosed with by any provider. All medical and support staff were friendly, caring, and professional. Seeing Dr. Narasimha for the first time, it was obvious she had taken time to review my medical record before meeting with me. She was friendly, warm, and approachable. Dr. Narasimha thoroughly addressed all of my concerns with clear explanations. She made a referral to orthopedics for further evaluation of musculoskeletal concerns. From the front desk to the nurses to my doctor, Dr. Nirmala Narasimha, the level of pride in their work, their professionalism, and their attention to me as an individual has been outstanding.
