I cannot thank Anna and Connor enough for the kindness and flexibility they showed during my first ultrasound appointment. I work about an hour outside of Raleigh and, unfortunately, got caught in major traffic delays due to multiple accidents. I had my first ultrasound for my first pregnancy here. I have nothing but good things to say about the wakemed system and experience so far. From the moment I called to make the appointment they were so helpful in explaining everything as I was very lost. Megan was the ultrasound nurse and she did a great job- an amazing experience. Connor at the front desk was kind and made scheduling next appts easy! Aubrey was the absolute best! She was so patient and kind and took the time to explain everything she was doing while scanning us. 10 out of 10 recommend! She made our whole experience!
It was a wonderful experience. Erin C was so helpful at our visit today she is excellent at her job.
Erin is amazing! The best ultrasound tech I have had since I’ve been going here for this pregnancy. Very communicative, friendly, and understanding. She knows how to easy your mind during your ultrasound to make sure you know exactly what she is looking at and why. Especially in a high risk situation like mine.
