We were referred to GI by our pediatrician about a year ago. The first available appointment was over a month out which was fine for us because we weren't dealing with a serious issue for our son. This review is primarily for the lab at the Apex facility where they had two techs and we were directed there after the appointment with the provider. The lab techs were probably trained at drawing blood just for adults because they did a very poor job attempting blood draw with our 2 year old. They poked and re-poked and changed h... read more
