I had the best experience with Dr. Bernal. My son has been complaining of tummy aches and I found Dr. Bernal on Google. She was a breath of fresh air, her bedside manner was excellent, and she was warm and kind. She is SO good with kids and also knows her stuff. I didn't feel brushed off and felt like she actually cared about getting to the root of my child's tummy issues. If you are looking for a competent, professional and caring Doctor, please see Dr. Bernal. You won't regret it.
This place is very unprofessional and I didn’t even get to make it to my appointment. My 2 month old baby has been having stomach issues so i make an appointment here; i get a call the day before my appointment, 30 minutes before closing time that my appointment is canceled because my child has Medicaid and he needs a referral since he has Medicaid and to call back in 30 minutes since she is about to leave. They are the best. The staff is amazing. So compassionate. Dr Winberry is the most compassionate doctor. He has all the time in the world for you when you have an appointment. He listens and let's you have an input on treatment. He h is working really hard to help our daughter. Very impressed with him following up with how she is doing. Carol Medlin has been very helpful in our course of treatment. Can't say enough about how great they are.
Anna is simply the best! She was patient with us and answered all our questions as this is new to us. She is so encouraging and just an amazing person. She continues to be a tremendous help through the patient portal! I would recommend her to everyone looking for a wonderful GI for their little one!
