I am truly disappointed in this office. We called to schedule an appointment and received sarcasm and attitude from the receptionist Alicia. Our Dr. stated they had confirmation our referral was received days ago yet Alicia said she would not check again because she already checked once. When I asked if they could call me since upon receipt since the referral had been sent twice she said I would eventually get a call and could check back in another week. I highly recommend WakeMed Pediatric Cardiology! My daughter was born with a heart murmur and we were referred to this practice for some follow up testing. We met with Dr Jason Ho and were so impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. This was a scary situation for us as parents because we did not know what to expect however Dr Ho was reassuring and thorough in explaining his findings and recommendations for her care moving forward. Just love this practice and Dr. Robinson!! He's such a kind and caring provider who involves our son in his care. Love the sonographers here too! Expect a longer but very thorough visit here (without a lot of idle waiting).

Dr. Huang was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable during all my appointments. She told me everything I needed to know and was sure to answer any questions I had. Overall a great experience and I will definitely return to her if I ever need to do so!
