Had an overall extremely positive experience after being transferred here as a “high risk” pregnancy patient. Carolyn was kind, compassionate, and very professional. I actually really looked forward to seeing her at my appointments instead of dreading going to yet another checkup. She heard all of my concerns and handled my anxiety and questions with care. I had my follow up appointment yesterday, so I’ve seen it through to the end, and I just wanted to say thank you!!
Posting for my wife; I am at the wake med OB/GYN at Andrews medical center, I arrived at 11:45 as requested by the care team checked in and I was called back had a blood draw and was in the waiting room around 11:50 I sat in the waiting room for over and hour and a half just waiting 9 other people came into the clinic all of them got called back 3 even game back and checked out, not a word from staff nothing I checked bloodwork on MyChart and is has been waiting for the care team to look at the results for over 45 minutes wh... read more
This place was the best high risk OB for me back in 2021-2022.. i am currently pregnant again and i had an appt at 11:15 , My tire popped nd i called and was told by a nurse i can come in at 11:30 .. I walked to the lady in the front at 11:30 on the dot by the time she looked up clock hit 11:31 and she said “oh sorry we can’t see you” proceeded to ask if i was there for a nurse when the note clearly said “OB appt” .. Love this doctors office and the staff. It does matter which doctor you get some are attentive others give that feel of it’s just a job and not concerned. I recommend paying close attention to who you choose. Also if you have small kids they have to sit in the hallway they’re not allowed to sit in the waiting room. Which I ran across this being singled out it was a little humiliating. Other than that it’s ok.
Having trouble with my appointment it was supposed to be today at 3pm over the phone but I haven’t received a call yet
