I’ve been coming to this OBGYN office for years, and I truly cannot say enough about Dr. Victoria Fashakin Thore, MD. From the time I was trying to conceive, through my high-risk pregnancy, and even after, she has been an incredible source of comfort, care, and compassion. Had a great experience here! The receptionists were really nice and helpful, and the whole check in process was so simple and easy. I had an appointment with Dr. Evans and she was so informative and got me exactly what I needed, and even went above and beyond to recommend a different version that I didn’t even know was an option! I was in and out in less than an hour, and the place looked really nice. Everyone was great highly recommend!!
Receptionist here lacks compassion, empathy and honestly should not be in a patient facing role if they do not know how to properly communicant. It is beyond difficult to get an appointment here and can literally take 2-3 months to get an appointment or any information. They cancel appointments randomly and give you a new one 4 months away. Terrible customer service and does not advocate for the patient. Receptionist will ensure you feel like a burden and be rude to you. Do not come here.
Highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Francis. She has absolutely phenomenal bedside manner. I am very glad to have found this practice and especially her!
I had an appointment for February 20, 2025 at 11:00am with Dr. Natasha McLawhorn in which I had to wait for 8weeks after making the appointment. Then the day before I received a call from the receptionist saying that my appointment was cancelled because the doctor was not working her morning clients and they couldn't move the appointment to later because she would be working with her surgery clients.
