Had some routine imaging completed here today and the entire process was excellent from start to finish. From the front desk checking in to having my MRI, everything was so smooth. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Sigh- where to start. Was told my results would be uploaded into MyChart within 72 hours. Had my F/U with doc 50 hours after ultrasound appointment- so I knew there was a chance the radiologist would not review by then. My doc had access to the images at the F/U and was able to do a rough guess on diagnoses, but was unable to confirm until the radiologist submitted their report. Nothing uploaded the following two business days (so now a total of 5 business days has passed), After a week I called and asked what was up and was... read more

Can't even get up with anyone to hear my results. No one bothered to call me but they can spam my phone with text telling me I owe them money when I paid the entire balance up front (the reason they dont have my card info)?? The bill doesn't even say what I owe for its just a random 300 dollar bill and while they havnt even fulfilled what I paid them for over a month ago. The collections ppl dont even pick up im suppossed to sit on hold for hours to try and find all this stuff out. Meanwhile if you want to book an appointmen... read more
