I had no appointment. I was seen within a reasonable time of checking in. In and out very quickly.

The checkin ladies (apologies didnt recall their names) were pleasant and helpful. Helene was personable and thorough. Dr. Hong was informative and friendly. I appreciated that the office team today was able to accommodate me and still remain dedicated to following processes so that I could receive the care I needed.
I needed to establish local care for my Father in Law. The office was professional, kind and thorough.
