Took my mother to WakeMed 365 urgent care in Smithfield today and received great care. Mom’s primary care UNC Primary on Canterbury kept turning her away daily never having any appointments to be seen for a simple UTI. Not even to just do urine test. We walked into WakeMed and she was seen in an appropriate time and while there they did the test and off with a script we went. I really liked this offer and the nurse and doctor were great. My wait time was very short and I feel very satisfied with the medication prescribed. Add me on tik tok caseybest4
The staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable and make you feel they care for your health needs. I like the option to make appointments with little wait upon approval.
