You would think this process would be streamlined when trying to donate milk to NICU babies. Their required questionnaire doesn’t work and they ask you to “bold or use a larger font” so they can differentiate your answers from the questionnaire. This request was sent to me after filling it out 5x and my responses being completely deleted. Seems extremely inefficient and I hadn't even started the actual process yet.
