Whoever runs this place needs to lose their job. They cancelled my anatomy scan with less than a 24 hour notice and completely ruined my families gender reveal that we were traveling to Ohio for in 2 days. All because you people don’t know how to drive when it’s COLD outside. It is 100% unacceptable and they showed no remorse, just “unfortunately we can’t control the weather” there was no weather to control, no snow, it’s literally just cold outside. The ultrasound tech,Kelsey,was wonderful. She was very polite,kind,and had a gentle touch while completing the ultrasound. I have had very good experiences with the providers. They are always courteous and take time to talk to you Saw Dr. Rimawi today. He was extremely kind, had a warm personality,and was very professional.
