The service I received at Imaging - Raleigh Medical Park today was subpar. I believe that the staff have very little respect for patients and their time. What is the purpose of the 'e-check in' if when you arrive you have to check in again. You are asked the same repetitive questions. And then you have to sit there for 45 mins while the Tech is behind the counter discussing her weekend plans.

First of all, they are very slow. But more importantly, I took my 3 year old there to get his blood drawn. The lady doing it missed his vein...twice! Not only did she miss, she dug around with the needle in his arm to try and find it, while my poor baby is crying and screaming that it hurt. I had to yell at her to stop and pull the needle out. I was looking for someone I could call and complain to, but I can't find anything.

I had a very positive experience at this appointment .From the time I checked in at the front desk to my appointment . The imaging technician was professional and kind . She explained the process and told me ahead of time what to expect. She made what can be an awkward procedure more pleasant . Be prepared to wait a little longer as the imaging dept shares the office with a lab as well.
