I called just now to ask about new patient appointments availability because cape fear is booked out until May. The lady was very rude with her tone when she asked me what provider. I told her it didn’t matter to me, just whoever had availability the soonest. She informed me it does matter which provider and their books are open. The line went dead and i thought i lost her so i said “hello are you still here?” And she laughed and said “uh yeah im still here?
