Confused. I paid the $243.60 charge a day in advance as part of check in. Now getting text I owe more and that my $243.60 hasn't posted but my bank shows it posted June 6. Did I pay twice? Did I prepay and then pay again when I walked in to announce my arrival for scheduled June 6 appt? What is the $385.70 charge texted to me today? Full discosure, I was not happy about going to my appointment. I'm like that pet you put in the crate and does the 'not happy' meow or bow-wow. That said, the entire office staff are professional, caring people. From Miss Tammy to Dr. Fofaria and folk in between, it was all good. This doctor stuff, outside of regulars with my primary care doctor, is new to me. I'm used to just going and going and fixing things and working and solving problems. Thank you to all in the office there.
Met Dr Hodges today and he was absolutely great! He was very informative and accommodating.
