The nurses/doctors here are awesome! They took great care of me. They got me in within a few minutes. I had to wait for transport to the main hospital which took several hours, but I understand since there were higher priority patients than me. Thank you to all the staff for your service and dedication to the community!
Waited for hours to be seen. Had to do a bunch of tests for hours before they offered any pain meds or anything to make me more comfortable. I was not offered a wheelchair even though it was painful to walk. They made me walk from room to room for tests even though walking was painful. Did not seem “emergent” at all. Never got a bed, was just on a gurney in the hallway. Overall not great. They did a good job diagnosing though. Experience was just bad.
Never saw a doctor the entire time, not even when I got to a room in the back. I was told there was 1 doctor on staff and 29 patients. Was having horrendous chest and abdominal pain..they released me saying there was nothing wrong. The labs in MyChart when I got home had lots of abnormal values and my EKG was abnormal.
We’ve been here twice: always fast, efficient, and kind.
Amazing care!! Brought in around 1:45 in the morning with severe back and abdominal pain with nausea and chills. The receptionist at check in was incredibly kind and even helped push me in a wheelchair to wait for triage. Triage nurse was very kind and listened to my concerns. My nurse Margo was amazing and so kind caring and compassionate!!!! Melissa the night shift NP who saw me was amazing as well.
