I just want to thank the medical staff who took care of me during my ER visit here. I checked in around 9 PM and the reception staff were very kind and polite from the start. Overall, I had a really good experience at this hospital. The only part that made me uncomfortable was in the triage room. Since English is not my first language and my pronunciation isn’t always perfect, I felt a little unwelcome at that moment. This is the best emergency room in Garner Area. They have amazing, caring staff and even when they’re busy they always make you feel like they care. Everyone down from reception, to nurses and doctors. Everyone is wonderful!
I typically don't write reviews for my experience at the ER. Unfortunately I ended up having to go to the ER yesterday and fortunately I came to this location. Despite how terrible I felt, I was really blown away at how kind and caring the staff was. I couldn't help but notice how "every single person" I came into contact with acted in a professional and caring manner. My experience with Candice (short blonde lady) and with Ivette was beyond positive. I told Candice I’d show her pictures for proof and she said “don’t worry, I believe you”. That made me feel so seen. Ivette was lovely as always. The rest of the staff is also amazing and they are very accommodating. Also, it’s super nice and clean.
