Didn't take a fpies reaction seriously until our child was vomiting uncontrollably and left in a group room with him puking on the floor with a couple literally discussing what they could say to the doctor to get drugs. Also they had my wife hold him the whole time so she got covered in vomit and it took them over a hour to give her a disposal cover. Personally I don't think a shared group room is appropriate for an infant. All of that and charged 1,000+ for a shared room and 2 dollars worth of medication.
Wake med has a reputation for being the worst hospital, they are keeping the legacy in awful patient service.
Best emergency room I have ever been! Dr Eric is just amazing and all staff that works over there.
