Mi ultima visita fue en febrero 2026, de ahí me dijeron que una semana despues me estarian llamando para darme fecha para mi cirugia, ya son barias veces que llamo dejo mensaje y aún no e tenido respuesta, mi problema es de congestion nasal y es muy incomodo no poder dormir, si no pueden atenderme deverian al menos acermelo saver para poder buscar alternativas. Pesima atención, no recomiendo.
My first experience was a very disappointing one, with a very short appointment, basically where I was dismissed and told to seek help elsewhere. I wasn't pleased, but decided to give them a second chance. That was another big mistake. I made an appointment online, only to receive a phone call Days later telling me that the appointment was with a different doctor than I saw the first time and that would not be allowed. Saw Dr Ginn today, his PA and Nurse, very professional friendly great to talk to to explain the symptoms in my mouth. Gave me options.Very satisfied with results. Thank you.
Outstanding staff from reception to the nurses and providers. The ER is very clean. Scott was an outstanding nurse! Clearly an experienced professional. Overall very pleasant experience.
