I had a lymph node removed at the same time as my tonsillectomy in December 2023. Since then, the surgical scar has reopened once, and sutures have fallen out on their own. So very disappointed in this place. We came in to see Dr. Fleischman because my child had repeated ear infections, she looked in my child’e ear for one second and said “yeah I can not see anything because her ears are too dirty and I can not clean them because I worry that she would scratch her ear drum”. So then she proceeded with saying that she will not be preforming a hearing test and that we should just go ahead and schedule a surgery for the tubes. My first visit with this Apex location was excellent in all ways. First off, the Triage R.N. (Miss Holly) was amazing in getting me scheduled much sooner than it would have been possible had I tried to make the appt. myself (due to my current condition). My experience at the clinic was great too. Upon arriving, the front office lady was polite and cordial.
