I called to get an appointment with my doctor:going to urgent care for my sinuses and issues, even with the medication given me last week did not do anything for me. Even though I have been to this practice, and yes, it has been a while, I was told that I would be treated as a new patient. So, to get an appointment as a new patient, I have wait a minimum of 2 months to get some relief and results!!! Customer service is gone; a thing of the past!
Waited 30 minutes after my scheduled time for tinnitus. Took a hearing test which came back normal and overheard the doctor talking about how he was late for his kids lunch and that he didn't expect to have this appointment. Then he came in and said there was basically nothing he could do about it, and that was it.
Great visit, everyone knew what to do and I was treated wonderfully through the entire process. Thank to all.
Scheduling is horrible. I waited 3 months for my appointment. They cancelled it due to weather advisory, but the next available appointment is another 3 months! I decided to call Triangle Sinus Center and they had an opening within ONE HOUR of calling and they didn’t need a referral because of my insurance. So, I guess, thanks for cancelling me WakeMed, so I can experience better service and care at a different facility! 2 stars, Dr. Ferguson is a great doctor and treated my daughter great the day of tube surgery, and the 2ish visits we had beforehand. My main complaint is I had to reschedule my kids follow up appointment 3 times now because everytime I schedule something, this office calls and says that my original appt has to be rescheduled. 3 times of this already, so I asked to see a different doctor, those on the line all said, no, your daughter must see the doctor that preformed her surgery ONLY.
