Dr. Farmer was very concerned and informative of her situation and her was kind and did not rush us.
I can not review the care, because I don't know. After getting the appointment, which was easy, we drove an hour to see them with our daughter. With traffic and construction, the GPS said it would be a 9:09 arrival for a 9:00 appointment. We called and spoke with someone who said it was a 10 minute window, but they would let the office know, and it shouldn't be a problem. Dr Winberry and his staff are amazing! We love seeing them because we always feel like they listen to us and talk to us and not at us. They really care about the patient and take their time with us. I’d suggest anybody come see him that needs a pediatric gastroenterologist because he is the best!!
I took my son to see Ms. Anna at WakeMed pediatric gastro in Clayton and she was amazing! Immediately put us both at ease, incorporated him into the discussion (appropriate to his age) and helped him to understand what was happening and why. She asked for information and helped us develop a plan for treatment, being respectful with the information we shared as we went.
Our entire experience was great. We got an appointment quickly, everything was explained over the phone as far as what to expect. Everyone was kind and professional. Dr. Winberry was very thorough and answered all of my questions.
