No sense in urgency
This place is a circus. The physicians here don't even understand their own standard of care. It's really unfortunate the lack of any actual Medice practiced here.
It really sucks to have to be in a state like this with children. You are forced to go to places like this. Imagine this place being the only option for a Pediatric ER, and then having to deal with CRAPPY nurses that have ZERO bedside etiquette. And it doesn’t even matter if you (the parent trying to find some sort of comfort/rest for your sick baby) go in with all the kindness and patience in the world….suffer that cesspool of a waiting room… to get the biggest jerk of a nurse, that probably is mad at things other than me a... read more
Had a great experience with Dr. Rosenbaum, who treated my 6 year old daughter for croup. He was informative, thoughtful and detailed in his care. Highly recommend
Triage nurse was so unprofessional. I was extremely uncomfortable listening to her bad mouth her coworkers while my daughter was getting her vitals checked. To make it worse she was also training a paramedic student!! Then the registration guy kept asking me how long has my daughter been sick. I thought they only needed my insurance and contact information.
