They figured out what was wrong with my child. Assuming my child was a mute or non verbal because she was in pain and wasn't doing much talking is not OK. My husband and I being treated like drug seekers when you failed to give her the correct medicine in the FIRST place is not OK. This place is really good. My Son needed help on Easter morning due to a dirt bike crash, the team here jumped into action to help. They were so fast, detailed, professional and even cordial. When I was stressed to the max and very worried about my Son being helped, the whole team here stepped in and took over completely. I can't recommend them enough. We recently had our second visit to the WakeMed Pediatric ER, and once again, we were truly impressed by the level of care we received. Having just moved here from out of state, this experience has been such a breath of fresh air compared to previous ER’s I have been to. This place is a circus. The physicians here don't even understand their own standard of care. It's really unfortunate the lack of any actual Medice practiced here.
