If you have cut your fingers, learn to stitch them yourself. Or how to dress them. Otherwise you may bleed to death. We have been waiting for 3 hours. There is no support at all.
Bad experience, Sydney is so rude and was simply rushed to place IV and didn’t even bother to tell for what and was talking over when I was talking her, pathetic manners. She needs to work on her tone of conversation. Would not have given any stars but Two stars are only because of Steve who was patient and calmly explained what he was doing when he had to remove the wrongly placed IV by Sydney and the PA who had courtesy of asking what was wrong. Overall would never recommend this ER
I had the best ER experience of my life at WakeMed Apex. The RN Morgan and her team were amazing (I don’t remember the name of the lady who administered my FIVE shots today, but she was a wizard - zero pain and so quick). I didn’t have to wait at all, the amazing nurses brought me heated blankets, the doctor was knowledgeable and personable, and everyone was just way more kind and human to Han you normally find in an emergency room. Thank you!
Best service, hardly any wait time
I hate to call someone out, but the attitude of the middle-aged African American woman with glasses at the front desk is appalling. I am not the first one to complain, and clearly nothing is being done about it. When someone goes to the ER, they are probably afraid something very bad is happening to them and want better service than a McDonald’s. I walk up and she doesn’t even glance in my direction once, just looks straight ahead while holding the phone up to her ear. Then asks “how can I help you?” twice in a monotone voic... read more
