I had the exact experience as Anthony Cirelli PLEASE see his review. I too was told they were in network and would be a copay & was surprised by the extremely large bill I received after my first visit. I argued with them & got my insurance company involved, sadly in the end there was nothing insurance could do. Wakeman chiropractic should have been upfront about their charges, I have never felt so ripped off and taken advantage of. Very disappointed with my experience at this chiropractic office. I found them through my FHCP app and scheduled a new patient appointment since they were listed as in-network with my insurance. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the initial consultation—priced at $145—is not covered by insurance. My chiropractic copay is normally $5, so this was an unexpected surprise. Thorough, patient, encouraging, implements new technology like ultrasound. Clean friendly quiet office. I'm a highstrung hot mess. They were still so patient. So happy to be getting treatment here. Feel hopeful. Tears of hope ❤️ Amended to 3 stars. Because the only treatment they were willing to offer me cost a lot of money and they never called me back to see how I was or see if I wanted a payment plan or offer me covered treatment that existed up until shockwave
