WARNING. These people are crooks. They swap out your jewellery!!!! I wanted a new rose gold chain repaired & they gave me a different chain broken in 8 different sections. I told them it's the wrong chain they accused me of lying & told me a story about an old lady who complained her engagement ring wasn't the same stone after her repair... what?! & I since learnt, their own daughter confirmed this. They're also EXTREMELY rude! When trying on a diamond ring, with my young children, the owner asked "Can you even afford this?"... read more
