I’ve been living at Nexxus Apartments since August. So far my experience has been great, however, it appears that there is a new property manager which was never communicated to tenants. I currently have questions regarding my electric and water bill and don’t have access to necessary resources to get these questions answered. I’m hoping someone can help point me in the right direction
Building 109 reeks of weed at all times and never gets fixed
With any apartment complex there will be unforeseen/unavoidable issues. However, Kathy the property manager who has recently taken over the leasing office has been a breath of fresh air. From the get go has been proactive and helpful in getting both big and small things done. She has ensured that tenants are able to reach her easily with questions or concerns, and has responded quickly to all of my inquiries.
