Renters Beware, Dog urine stains throughout both buildings, if a dog poops in the halls on a Friday afternoon it will stay there until Monday afternoon when the cleaners come at 2pm. Pest control in and out of both buildings. The new management now charges for water and sewage, no visible indoor or outdoor meter. Out door parking $50 a spot, but you don’t get a designated spot. on the evenings/weekends guests no where to park in the evening. Multiple times they have even towed paying residents. I’ve been living at Nexxus Apartments since August. So far my experience has been great, however, it appears that there is a new property manager which was never communicated to tenants. I currently have questions regarding my electric and water bill and don’t have access to necessary resources to get these questions answered. I’m hoping someone can help point me in the right direction
