Only good thing about the apartment complex is maintenance has been responsive when I put in a request. Otherwise, that’s where my praise ends. I don’t know who gave Kristin Powers a job, but quite frankly she is awful. Instead of having a conversation she is condescending and rude. Customer service is a main part of your business. Tenants won’t want stay if you can’t act professional. Also it’s hard for them to honor their own lease obligations as well as their own 60 day notice to vacate. Renters Beware, Dog urine stains throughout both buildings, if a dog poops in the halls on a Friday afternoon it will stay there until Monday afternoon when the cleaners come at 2pm. Pest control in and out of both buildings. The new management now charges for water and sewage, no visible indoor or outdoor meter. Out door parking $50 a spot, but you don’t get a designated spot. on the evenings/weekends guests no where to park in the evening. Multiple times they have even towed paying residents.
