My appointment was rescheduled 4 times due to a family emergency. I asked for a 3 month supply of contacts to hold me over until the doctor was back in the office. My prescription recently expired and since I was unable to see the doctor, I thought it was reasonable to ask for a short term supply. I was told no. I asked again and didn’t receive a response. To be clear, I have zero problem waiting a few weeks/month for an appointment if the doctor has a family emergency, but I wear contacts everyday and cannot wear glasses. I... read more
I had my eyes examined and was given contact lens to try. They weren't for me, so the previous doctor generously gave me a credit toward glasses. I wasn't notified that the company was under new management and the previous doctor is no longer in practice. Management will not honor the credit that is only 2 years old.
Dr. Vann and the rest of the staff were great with my young daughter for her first eye exam. Definitely going back
