Exceptional customer service. Came here with my wife and toddler to learn about modern wood burning stoves for our home. The staff were incredibly gracious and entertained our daughter, freeing up mom and dad to learn everything you’ll ever need to know about stove safety, maitenance and how to get the most out of them. What wonderful service from an incredible team. The new fire set is absolutely beautiful. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. The care they took to keep everything clean was amazing. I highly recommend this company. Excellent service from the moment we called.
I purchased a MHP grill from Wakefield Fireplace 10 years ago. I had little hope when the hose caught fire and the burner was rusted, figured I'd go in and they would tell me I needed a new grill. Jason came out and replaced the parts and I'm up and running!! Love this local business and excellent service! Thank you
