Absolutely terrible experience — the most unprofessional repair shop in Auckland.I claimed my car for insurance repairs last December and received it back before Christmas after the first repair. Shockingly, the exterior wasn’t fixed at all. Recently had panel repaired and rust spot on the boot fixed. They were very easy to deal with, great communication before and during the repair. Car looks great and came back cleaned too : ) I'll definitely use them again.
We’ve been getting our dings sorted and our fenders unbent with Wakefield for ages, and they have to be the best in Auckland. Excellent communications, reliable as the day is long, and friendly staff. And they don’t charge like wounded bulls either. Pranging the car is never fun, but Wakefield’s take a lot of the pain out of the experience.
