Very poor service. Initially booked for the wrong locstuon despite confirming locations multple times. Then cancelled appointment 5 mins prior and no apology. Wasted over an jour travelling to an appointment that didn’t occur. Don’t visit.
Friendly and efficient service, calm and clean environment, attended to on time.
Took my 3 year old son to see Dr Hillier. She was professional, kind and spoke to my son on a level he understood. He was a bit timid and she created a warm and fun environment to help him feel at ease. She was thorough in her assessment and gave us a good plan moving forward. We would highly recommend Dr Hillier!
Update: 21st July 2026 Just when you thought this practice couldn’t get any better! After my own wonderful experience, I finally managed to convince my mum to seek a second opinion—which, believe me, was no easy feat! I knew she would be in excellent hands. Enter Dr Luciana Michael.
