Great experience at Wakefield collision. I dropped off my Mercedes 500SL after my car was damaged in a collision. This car is very special to me and I was extremely satisfied after it was repaired. It was returned over and above my expectations. Great customer service and great body work .

This body shop is AMAZING!!!! My truck was hit in the back and I brought it to Wakefield Collision to have it repaired (my neighbor recommend them) and to my amazement my truck was flawless.. They went above and beyond normal customer service. The receptionist was awsum, She did whatever she could and then some to make sure things went smooth. The WORST autobody repair experience! They left overspray in several places after a poor repair job to my rear bumper (that took 4 Appts to get right.) After 2 attempts and having my car for more than a week it still has overspray!! Several employees were hanging around outside the building @8pm when I picked it up and when I pointed out the overspray, they said they could take care of it right now or I could bring it back tomorrow. Ha!!! What a joke!!!!
The staff aren't very helpful and the secretary can be very rude
