Serviceman from Wakefield Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners was extremely professional and amazing at his job I had many quotes and not only was this the best one but also he guaranteed that he could take the blue permanent market spots out of our carpet And he did I would highly recommend Wakefield Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners Good prices, pros, quick, good service!!!
They did a good job cleaning but he left so much water on my floor and didnt have any towel or paper to clean it up. I asked him to clean up and water and he asked me for the paper. I thought that was unprofessional. I ended up have to clean all of the water on my floors.
They stuck to the estimate and when I asked them to clean a large rug they did it for a very small add-on fee. I spend quite a bit of time playing with our toddler aged son and I really appreciate having clean carpets to lay on.
We were very happy with the service!! We are so happy with everything Wakefield Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners has done for us! They were very professional, courteous and on time! We were very surprised that the carpets didn't even take a day to dry.
