Pros: large, paved overnight parking in staging area b4 you get to guard shack Cons: (1) A lot of steps just to get thru gate for appt: walk to guard shack, fill out form with tractor and trailer numbers & license # and state. Walk back to truck and wait for text to come bk to gate for dock (2) more convoluted steps : Pull thru , go to rcv office- go to rcv window then lumper window, then dock trailer. (3) sSlow unload- 6am -11am. (4)lumper fees- mine are com paid. PAY, then wait for them to finish unloading, get green light... read more
