This place is the worst to deliver,my appointment was for 6am I arrived and checked in the night before at 8:30pm. I received a door at 6:19am I have a partial load not a full truck load. It’s 10:00am still here and have my last drop in Bronx NY lol this is a place that will mess your next load up. This place will never change I came here 2 years ago and it’s still the same bs

I arrived at 9, my appointment was for 10, they took me in at 1, and now it’s 4 PM. My truck has been empty for about two hours, but the light is still red. I went to the office, and they told me I was supposed to pay the lumper. They never sent any notification, no SMS, nothing. How was I supposed to know I needed to pay? They said I should have told the broker. Basically, I lost the whole day. Extremely unfriendly, lazy people. They don’t want to work; they just pass you from one person to another. Appt time:0330 Arrived:1130 Staged until:0400 Docked: 0500 Departed:0700 I would advise you to arrive several hours earlier than your appt time and start your break. The process is slow. Make sure you take your drivers License, truck and trailer license plate number, and safety vest when checking into guard shack. Staging has enough room for 15-20 trucks. Huge yard for docking and staging. Staff is professional and friendly I didn’t see a drivers bathroom in the office for ladies.
