I rarely ever leave immediate reviews but I want to highlight Dr. Cho’s bedside manner. I had a relatively poor experience with Scheduling and getting seen after attempting multiple times to be seen last year during a miscarriage/after math, and ultimately tried again this summer after concerning scan results from my PCP. Was able to get in to be seen by Dr. Cho and she was beyond amazing at my appointment today. I just had the rudest experience with Rose on the phone, I called to make an appointment and every thing I said was met with an attitude. I didn’t even finish setting up an appointment because I wasn’t in a great state of mind and couldn’t deal with that.
*updated review* I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Cho and we were able to talk about my previous experience. I am adjusting the star rating to 5 / 5 as I think this appointment went much better. I made sure to be open to hearing any new information she provided. I also apologized for being defensive at my last appointment as I feel like I could have been more open. When I arrived today, I was promptly checked in and was seated in the waiting room for maybe 1 minute before I was called back. The nurse, who's name I cannot recall right now, was very kind. She took my weight, my BP, and my medical history. She also made it a point to try and connect with me and make me feel as comfortable as possible. The issues really started happening when I met Dr. Cho. Let me preface this by saying, I don't dislike Dr. Cho.
