From the moment I walked in, Lucia (the office manager) made a slightly nerve wracking experience much more pleasant. She was calm and professional, putting my mind at ease. (Because honestly, we’re not at the radiologist for fun). The technician, Pam, was also incredibly easy-going and conversationally pleasant. I appreciate this, along with skill and professionalism, when I’m at an appt for something than isn’t just routine. These gals were great! I felt comfortable and cared for.

I just got my first mammogram at the Holly Springs location. Lucia at the front desk reception was so nice and the check in process was really easy. Chris did my exam. I told her I never had one done before and she explained everything to me so I would know what to expect. She did a really good job. It wasn't painful at all and she made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. I'm thankful for them both helping me today in such a kind but professional way. Thank you so much!!
